30th May Gratitude

I started my day at 12 noon. Mom and dad kept waiting for me to wake up and go meet our psychiatrist

Dr. Partha. He reduced my dosage to half and asked me to come sometime and meet patients and see what mental health is all about. I found one of the best doctors here in Assam. On the car ride I tried reading this book by Howard, an American developmental psychologist (Developmental psychologists aim to explain how thinking, feeling, and behaviors change throughout life.) He is also the founding member of Harvard Project Zero in 1967 and best known for his theory of multiple intelligences. I intend to finish this book by the upcoming week. Also I have been reading Mother's book on Integral Yoga.

I worked out today. My trainer helped me do 4 of arms exercises. At times I feel like I will not be able to make it t0 the gym today but when I am there I feel I am at my best and it's the best decision I make everyday.

I hope to start my morning ritual soon. By waking up early, going for a run, listening to music, chanting, journaling, reviewing my long term goals and my to-do list. Then showing up at work with greater focus and better language.

As my medicine dosage has reduced, hopefully I will be able to bring back the energy I had gathered at one point by being in Vrindavan and the holy mountains of Uttarakhand.

Lastly, I tried singing all of me by John Legend. One thing that I could have done better today is I could have made mom dad laugh out loud on our way to the doc in our car and not being on my phone or some other universe with my headphones on.
