31st May Gratitude

Woke up at 7:00am had black coffee and went straight for cycling. I met Arpit and told him I will

now join swimming with the gang. We discussed our next trekking adventure and he told me about his ABC(Annapurna Base Camp) trek. Also I got to know about a 400km cycling event and he asked me if I am up for it. I definitely wanna do it while training ahead of it. I came home drenched, took a shower had oats and left for office.

Today, I spent time in our cafe's kitchen and had few convos with our staff about their families and the food they eat and their timing. I saw one of them taking out time to eat his lunch while another one came and asked him to make paneer noodles and cold coffee for an order. I am overwhelmed and filled with gratitude to see Sachin working with us.

I also spent time reading 5 minds for the future and got to know about Marie Curie, a French physicist and chemist who conducted pioneering research on radioactivity. She was the first woman to win a Nobel Prize, and the only person to win a Nobel Prize in two scientific fields. I also got to know about the dancer Martha Graham, an American modern dancer and choreographer, whose style, the Graham Technique, reshaped American dance and is still taught worldwide.

I watched a podcast of one of my favourite coaches, Robin Sharma on one of his latest release, The Wealth Money Can't Buy. His emphasis on starting the day with MVP (Meditation Visualisation & Prayer). And he talks about the 5 questions that he asks himself every morning:

1.What am I grateful for?

2.Where am I winning?

3.What do I wanna let go off?

4.What my ideal day ahead looks like?

5.What needs to be said about me at the end?

Growth | Wellness | Family Life | Craft | Money | Social Circle | Adventure | Service

These are the 8 wealth that money can't buy according to Robin Sharma. It shall be a good read if you have also read his other books like The Monk who Sold his Ferrari or The 5am Club.

I took a lunch break at around 1pm and got to know about Kolkata's famous Bhojohori Manna Restaurant. I also met baby Einstein, Ridhan today who is the nephew of my friend, Muskan. During my workout, I did 5 of chest exercises and few sets of crunches. Later, I had a good time with my brother's friends in our hang out place. I also tried singing Something by the Beatles and will try to improvise on it with our stars Bhumi and Sridhar once they are back in the studio from their long vacay. XD
