I had set an alarm for 5-6am but woke up late at 1pm. I watched several videos today which describe this as a signature of depression and anxiety. After taking a shower and eating oats, I left for office where I am mostly watching Ryan Holiday videos on Stoicism where he talks a lot about his protagonist Marcus Aurelius and his book Meditations.
I went to the gym and did a few cardio sessions on the treadmill, cycling and rowing machine. I had missed my work out for 12days and now getting back at it.
I watched the hockey olympics match where India won the bronze medal. I spoke to Kushagra and he helped me to take few steps, to write down my goals and get more clarity about what I really want in life.
I decided to start journaling again today.
